We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect fluent in French to join our team in North Africa. Please see the requirements below.Key Responsibilities• Trusted Advisor & Business Value Driver Act as a strategic advisor to customers by translating business challenges into high-impact, outcome-driven solutions. Drive measurable business value through AI-enabled transformation while ensuring a connected and seamless customer experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.• Customer Success Leadership Lead architectural design and technical engagements with both business and IT decision-makers. Drive adoption and sustained usage of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune to ensure long-term customer success, retention, and renewal.• Growth & Expansion Opportunities Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify new opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and expand customer engagements. Contribute to revenue growth by enabling customers to maximize the value of their endpoint investments.Qualifications• Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, or solution architecture (or equivalent experience)10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (internal and/or external)• Technical ExpertiseDeep expertise in:Windows 365Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Microsoft IntuneMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)Proven experience with enterprise-scale migrations from MECM to IntuneStrong hands-on experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions• Certifications (Preferred)Microsoft Azure (Architecture/Administration)Microsoft 365 Endpoint AdministrationVirtualization and cloud-related certificationsDon't miss out on this great opportunity and apply today !
