Sales Manager - Nalley Toyota Stonecrest

Sales ManagerThe primary role of the Sales Manager is to operationally manage and drive the success of the new and used car department through developing sales consultants, working with third party vendors and achieving monthly sales quotas. This position floats between both new and used cars. Responsibilities include: Working directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process Building rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Providing training and support to the sales staff and assisting in closing sales Helping manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot Ordering and purchasing vehicles for the new car inventory lot and buying used cars from auction or off lease Working with lot attendants to ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and positioned Conducting trade appraisals and transporting information into vehicle management system Desk deals, tracking revenue logs, and managing retail delivery reports Tracking record of staying within turn policy guidelines for inventory Responsible for partnering with third party vendors and the service department to complete internal service work on used vehicles prior to entering lot inventory Preparing and administering annual forecast and budget for new vehicle department Administering and monitoring factory sponsored programs Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience required Ability to work in both new and used cars 3-5 years of automotive experience required Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships Ability to handle a high volume of business with professionalism Experience and ability to handle conflict resolution Advanced computer skills with both Microsoft suite products and dealer management systems Building relationships with local and national vendors Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred MBA a plus Company Benefits: Pay and Recognition: Weekly pay Paid holidays & paid time off Paid training Stock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible) Insurance / Retirement: Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans Up to 12 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave) Paid Parental Leave Health savings Flex spending accounts (tax-free) Short-term and Long-term disability plans Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term) 401k with company match Pet Insurance Learning, Tuition Assistance and Career Development: Digital career path tool to assist with career development Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System Professional growth and development opportunities.
