About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Plant Controller dedicated to financial precision, operational partnership, and ongoing process refinement to support our organizational goals. Working under the guidance of the CFO, you will serve as a vital leader responsible for refining financial strategies, bolstering internal oversight, and delivering the analytical insights necessary for high-level executive planning. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and the timely completion of month-end and year-end closing cycles to ensure reporting accuracy. Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and internal policies while managing tax filings, treasury functions, fixed assets, and capital spending to maintain organizational integrity. Collaborate with operational and executive teams to deliver detailed cost accounting and variance analysis, helping to improve overall profitability and support data-driven decision-making. Contribute to the success of lean manufacturing efforts by identifying and implementing improvements to financial workflows and operational controls. Direct the optimization of ERP systems to ensure that financial tools effectively support and enhance production and manufacturing activities. Required Qualifications A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred. At least five years of increasing responsibility within finance or accounting roles specifically in a manufacturing setting. Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP standards. Proven background in manufacturing-specific financial reporting and cost accounting practices. Core Proficiencies Expertise in cost accounting methodologies. Deep familiarity with manufacturing industry operations.
