Maintain a positive and caring attitude and present a professional image at all times.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming phone calls by the third ringGreet people as they enter into the buildingMaintaining the entry way by keeping it clean and tidy; wiping counters, tables, and mopping the floor.Offering coffee and water to guests and community membersAssist with delivering packagesEducational RequirementsMust be at least 16 years or older.Work ExperienceCustomer Service experienceLanguage SkillsAbility to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customer, staff, residents and their families.
