Neos is Seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer (Angular/Java) for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.HYBRID - ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE AUSTIN, TX AREA (Within 50-mile radius) WILL BE CONSIDERED*** Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mon& Thurs) required to be onsite at 4601 W Guadaplue St, Austin, TX 78751.Job DescriptionUnderstands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.Full Stack Developers (Angular/Java) will be Responsible for building modern, scalable, cloud-native applications by refactoring legacy systems into microservices, developing responsive frontends, and delivering secure and observable backend services.Minimum RequirementsCANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS8 years Required Minimum 7 years of full software development lifecycle experience8 years Required Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, TypeScript)8 years Required Strong Java backend development experience Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs8 years Required Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design8 Years Required Experience With Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)8 years Required Experience deploying applications in cloud-native or serverless environments8 years Required Familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns8 years Required Experience integrating DevSecOps practices into development workflows8 years Required Experience in using AI tools for development like github, claude code etc4 Years Preferred Experience Refactoring Monolithic Applications Into Microservices4 years Preferred Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights, Prometheus)4 years Preferred Experience with feature flags and progressive delivery4 years Preferred Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation4 years Preferred Active participation in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews#DICE
