As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and strategic CHRO to lead their Human Resource / People function and drive organizational success.Position Summary:The Chief People Officer will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's objectives and values.This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition and Leadership development.Core Responsibilities:Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relationsCultivate a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and employee growth, focusing on identifying and developing high-potential talentCreate and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top performers at all levels of the organizationDesign and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee well-beingPartner with business leaders to identify and address organizational and talent-related challenges, providing strategic guidance and solutionsRequirements:12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership roleProven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that drive business resultsStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and employees at all levelsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive consensusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingPassion for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture that empowers employees to reach their full potentialWhy Join Us:The company provides competitive compensation, a full suite of benefits and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
