DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OB/GYN clinic in Texarkana, TX. This is a clinic-only position focused on providing comprehensive women's health services in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have prior women's health experience, though relevant RN experience in women's health will also be considered. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with excellent work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient women's health care including well-woman exams, prenatal and postpartum visits, and gynecologic follow-upsPerform patient assessments, routine screenings, and preventive careAssist in managing prenatal patients in collaboration with the OB/GYN physicianProvide patient education on contraception, pregnancy, menopause, and overall wellnessOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure continuity of careQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Previous women's health or OB/GYN experience requiredRN experience in women's health will be consideredStrong communication and patient education skillsAbility to work independently in an outpatient clinic settingSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFridays are half daysClinic only – no call, no weekends, no inpatient dutiesCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
