Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.This position has a 90 day, on-site training period along with advancement opportunities after your first year.Come join our Insurance Operations team! Job tasks provide support to all areas of Insurance Operations.ResponsibilitiesProcess and deliver correspondence to intended party for Claims and UnderwritingIndex documents received electronically and scanned documentsUtilize existing unit and company policies and procedures to complete all assigned functions correctly and efficiently within stated deadlinesProcess Merit Rating Board Hearing Lists and Claim print requestsProcess various data entry functions and clerical supportVerify accuracy of independent vendor bills in preparation for payment by Accounts PayablePrint and mail letters, brochures, certified mail, agency mail, Partner Select forms, manual checks and transcribe various recordings of interviews, E-letters, memos, reports, and form lettersProcess Auto Injury Solutions No Match/Exception reports/letters and update the medical bill logRespond quickly and independently to lobby visitor concernsSkills And AbilitiesStrong organization and prioritization skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionMust have strong PC skills for recordkeeping and research and strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to interact well with others in a team environmentWorking knowledge of several types of office equipment i.e.: scanners, photocopiers and the ability to use external vendors file online toolsKnowledge of automated inventory systems, alphanumeric cataloging and basic purchase order creation preferredBasic math skillsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service position helpfulYour Health, Your Wellbeing—Fully Supported$0 Premium Medical Plan Option Keep more of what you earn.
