A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative I. Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigates and adjudicates liability and property claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates and negotiates claims Responds to inquiries from policyholders and maintains knowledge of relevant liability laws and motor vehicle codesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframes
