Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in St. Paul, MN, for a Customer Success Specialist. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve client experiences. The position relies on a combination of communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to effectively manage client relationships and enhance their overall experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain positive client relationshipsProficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to handle inquiries and ensure client needs are metAnalytical skills to assess customer feedback and contribute to service improvement strategiesAbility to collaborate with teams and work effectively in an on-site environmentExperience in a client-facing or support role is highly desirableStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
