Responsibilities and Duties Work with a fast-paced web team to produce high-quality and innovative digital projects using WordPress and an array of other web development tools, with emphasis on front-end design and features Take responsibility for a large portfolio of existing website projects including ongoing support, security and performance enhancements, and new feature integrations Collaborate to improve and expand our product and service offerings, as well as client relationships Qualifications and Skills 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment desired Strong development expertise using core tools HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP; Experience working with WordPress, building custom WordPress themes and/or plugins, and configuring content using custom fields Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort working with clients across various industries Familiarity working in a collaborative development workflow using virtual development environments, version control systems, and command line interface to support the deployment and maintenance of web projects Detail-oriented approach to editing and testing websites for accuracy, usability, and accessibility Familiarity with SEO best practices, structured data protocols, social media integration, website analytics, and other online marketing strategies to promote ongoing website growth Strong portfolio of web development work Comfortable working as part of a busy creative team; agency experience preferred Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team.
