Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Compensation: Starting base salary up to $125,000 paid bi-weekly; following 6 months of employment transition to up to 55% of net collections; (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $180,000 w/ benefits)Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, Exempt (40 hours per week)Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pmLocation: Hybrid position based out of Medina, OH (75% in office, 25% remote)Role SummaryAt ARC Psychiatry, an ARC Health partner company, the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting, working within a collaborative, patient-centered care model.
