Project Coordinator

There are multiple openings for this role. The Construction Project Coordinator oversees all aspects of the construction of high-density, multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. The position reports to the Project Director of Construction. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is organized and able to communicate with different levels of leadership and project teams to meet or exceed project goals related to the design, construction, and quality of our projects. The Project Manager will be expected to upload and maintain Meeting Minutes, project plans, documents, RFIs and Submittals in Procore and adhere to project schedules, budgets, cost and quality controls. This position is for our US Office in Irvine, California. About the Company: Stack Modular is an international manufacturer of large-scale steel frame modular construction projects. We have three modular manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China, and local offices located in Irvine, California, USA and Vancouver, BC, Canada. The Stack team includes skilled designers, engineers, project managers, tradespeople, and logistics experts. Stack’s steel frame system can be stacked up to 40 stories high and reduce on-site schedules by 30%-50%, while our turnkey solutions leverage their global supply chain network and manufacturing efficiencies. Roles and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain working professional relationships with the project team for the Stack Leadership Team, AOR, Engineers, STACK design team, Procurement and Manufacturing team, GCs in the field, Office personnel, Subcontractors, Vendors and Inspecting Agencies. Upload and maintain the project Procore page, meeting minutes, project plans, documents, RFIs and submittals and adhere to project schedules, budgets, cost and quality controls. Manage project schedules, budgets and value engineering efforts. Prepare and process all paperwork and documents for the Stack Leadership Team, Project Design Team and Subcontractors in a timely and thorough manner. Report to and assist the Project Director of Construction with project management duties as needed. Education and Experience: Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in architecture, engineering, construction science, or other related field. Minimum of five years experience in managing all phases of construction of high-density residential and mixed-use projects. Ten years of applicable and related experience will be considered in place of a Bachelor’s degree. Off-site / Modular Experience is highly preferred for this position.
