Discover our world at www.freudenberg-pm.com.Responsibilities Process Optimization: Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost performanceContinuous Improvement Leadership: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste and improve operationsData Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actionsStandardization & Compliance: Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standardsCross-Functional Execution: Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement effortsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)1-3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a hands-on production environmentStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesLean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferredWorking at Freudenberg: "We will wow your world!"
