Essential Functions: Lead and support international contracts actions across varied global markets Conduct due diligence activities and develop compliant proposals aligned with company policies and customer requirements Create preferred contract positions and comprehensive compliance matrices to ensure clarity and alignment across teams Oversee multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environment Drive negotiation strategies for international contracts Apply working knowledge of UCC, ITAR, EAR, and other regulatory frameworks Communicate effectively across organizational levels and with international customer partners Ability to adapt in environments where priorities shift quickly Work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, including occasional additional hours to support customer mission-critical deadlines Potential to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally Level/pay for this position with be commensurate with education & experience.
