Adecco is currently looking for a Recruiter to help assist the local recruitment team in South Burlington, VT.This is a first shift position, Monday – Friday (8am-5pm). Pay will depend on experience. Position will require onsite work.Responsibilities:· Provide administrative support for all Human Resources activities and processes including talent acquisition, interview scheduling, and generating on-boarding packets to applicants.· Administers the filling of hourly production/ maintenance positions, as well as all other Non-Exempt positions. This includes the timely posting of positions, verification of eligibility, and guiding hiring managers on making fair, legal decisions consistent with state/federal laws and company policy.This position will also provide assistance with regards to Employee Relations activities including answering questions from employees regarding HR topics.Qualifications:· HS diploma or GED required· Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills· Ability to interface with all levels of employees, including executive leadership team· Excellent attention to detail and follow-through· Experience in a GMP/manufacturing environment a plus· Strong communication skills· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively· Work well under tight timelines and ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment· Excellent judgment, follow-up skills and personal accountability· Highly Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookImportant skills include: Phone Skills, People Skills, Computer Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, and Good JudgmentClick on Apply Now to be considered for this Recruiter job in South Burlington, VT.Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
