Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Austin, TX Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Technical Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of data engineering and AI adoption initiatives.Gather requirements and support business analysis activities for moderate to complex business solutions.Coordinate cross-functional teams and support alignment between business, engineering, and AI stakeholders.Develop specifications, project plans, status reports, and implementation documentation.Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and project activities.Support project monitoring and project status reporting activities.Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.Support platform and data engineering initiatives related to the project.Assist with system implementation activities.Independently perform a variety of complicated tasks while relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude in performing assigned responsibilities. Required Qualifications12 or more years of experience.Experience in planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, project status reporting, and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions.Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML adoption efforts is highly desirable.Strong communication and organizational skills.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.
