Contract Recruiter – Engineering & ManufacturingLocation: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)Duration: 6‑month contract with potential extensionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support full‑cycle hiring across engineering, field service, machining, and manufacturing operations for a multi‑site industrial organization. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and central to attracting the technical talent needed to support ongoing production and service demands.The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting both professional engineers and skilled trades, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple U.S. locations.Key ResponsibilitiesFull‑Cycle Recruiting — Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for engineering, machining, field service, and production rolesHiring Manager Partnership — Work closely with leaders to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategiesCandidate Sourcing — Identify and engage talent through job boards, social platforms, networking, and referralsInterview Coordination — Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through each stageATS Management — Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and reportingCross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with HR and department leaders to support smooth onboarding and communicationTalent Pipeline Development — Contribute to employer branding and long‑term recruiting initiativesRequired QualificationsRecruiting experience within engineering, manufacturing, machining, or field service environmentsStrong background hiring engineers, machinists, field service technicians, and production staffExcellent communication and relationship‑building skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced hybrid environmentProficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
