We match top sales talent to full-time remote roles where they're hired directly into client teams and provided ongoing support by Huzzle.Job Summary As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets. You will oversee paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, CRM strategy, and marketing analytics while managing internal and external teams.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue growthLead paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)Own SEO and content marketing strategy to drive organic growthOversee email marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Build and manage high-performing marketing teams (in-house and freelancers)Manage marketing budgets and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROICollaborate with Sales leadership to improve lead quality and conversion ratesAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insightsEstablish brand positioning and messaging frameworksImplement marketing automation and growth experiments7+ years of digital marketing experience (with at least 3+ years in a leadership role)Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaignsStrong background in performance marketing and paid media optimizationExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approachExperience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROIExcellent communication and team leadership skillsExperience in SaaS, tech, eCommerce, or high-growth environments preferredComfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environmentFully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teamsCareer Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B servicesPeer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our networkOngoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement#J-18808-Ljbffr
