Guided by these values, we strive for lasting success while creating beautiful, durable environments that stand the test of time.ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance with government agenciesAct as the point of contact for external auditors and banking relationshipsBuild and maintain budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis packagesMonth end duties, including cost analysisQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Quickbooks online experience helpfulGAAP knowledge, CPA would be nice, but not necessaryStrong written, verbal and collaboration skillsWe offer a competitive salary and the role is bonus eligible.
