Spiral’s Customer Support team is invested in the success of our customers, employees, and suppliers. We are currently seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our e-commerce team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues. This position is located in our Hillsboro, OR location and is considered hybrid-eligible after 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Process and review customer orders across multiple platforms, ensuring all details, quantities, and special instructions are accurate. Manage held orders, addressing potential fraud, PO Box issues, and customer-specific requests to ensure timely processing. Collaborate with Purchasing, Product Management, Digital Services, and internal warehouses to ensure seamless order fulfillment, addressing any internal or external concerns. Monitor system performance to ensure order management platforms and connectors function properly, escalating issues as needed. Maintain detailed work instructions for order processing tasks, ensuring clear and up-to-date guidelines for the team. Support team members by addressing questions related to order processing workflows and assisting with troubleshooting. Proactively communicate with customers when additional information or action is needed to move their orders forward, resolving any delays or concerns. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order lifecycle, up until the order is shipped. Take initiative to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines throughout the day, ensuring timely processing of every order; proactively address potential issues to maintain efficiency. Position Requirements: Experience in customer service, order management, or administrative roles, with a proven track record of operational efficiency and problem-solving. Hands-on experience with order management systems (ex: Business Central, Magento), customer communication platforms (Zendesk, Zoho, etc.), and windows-based software (Word, Excel) Ability to maintain clear and consistent work instructions. Capable of adjusting to evolving priorities and requirements with the ability to learn new processes and platforms quickly Strong ability to retain new information and apply it effectively in future scenarios.
