Corporate Specifications & Standards Technician Location: Remote (Mason, OH) Type: Part-Time Contract | 2 Months | 20 hrs/week We are seeking a Corporate Specs & Standards Technician to support our client's global R&D and Packaging teams by managing specifications, standards, and documentation systems. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in QA collaboration, oral care products, and technical documentation in regulated environments. Key ResponsibilitiesPublish specifications and standards using established electronic publishing processesPerform document quality control and resolve discrepancies quicklySupport Packaging Engineers with specs, standards, and R&D systemsCreate, revise, and track changes to specifications and standardsAssist with document conversion, Packaging Artwork Change Management (ePADEx), and SAPSupport reporting, SOP compliance, and product launch documentationRequired QualificationsExperience working cross functionally with QA and R&D teamsKnowledge of oral care products (e.g., toothpaste formulation)Experience with digital innovation tools (ENOVIA preferred)Project management experience on technically complex, global projectsFamiliarity with R&D systems supporting product launches GPA prides itself on providing quality, personalized services to its clients and candidates.
