Corporate Associate

A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a talented associate with 2+ years of relevant experience to join its Chambers-ranked corporate team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career while working across a diverse range of complex transactions within a dynamic and growing practice.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a broad mix of corporate matters, including private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.Lead and oversee due diligence processes, ensuring thorough review and coordination across multiple workstreams.Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents, including acquisition agreements and supporting ancillary documentation.Manage transaction timelines and play a central role in progressing deals through to successful completion.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of transactions.Support senior lawyers and partners on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters while taking increasing ownership of client relationships.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputable law firm, with strong exposure to corporate transactions.Proven experience supervising due diligence exercises and handling transaction documentation.Solid understanding of private equity, M&A, and/or capital markets work.Strong drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills.Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent academic background and a proactive, team-oriented approach.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experience and seniority.Opportunity to work on high-quality, complex transactions within a supportive and ambitious team.Clear scope for progression and professional development within a leading corporate practice.If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume.
