The intake Specialist plays a critical role in client experience and case intake accuracy. You are expected to handle emotionally charged situations with composure, respond to calls efficiently and accurately, and collaborate closely with attorneys, investigators, and paralegals in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound calls and walk-in inquiriesConduct intake interviews and accurately document case detailsExplain the firm's process and expectations to potential clientsSecure signed representation agreements from qualified prospectsIdentify issues, escalate concerns, and collaborate with attorneys and staffMaintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with intake proceduresHandle emotionally distressed callers and complete related administrative tasksQualifications:REQUIRED: Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and SpanishMinimum 2-4 years of law firm experience1 year of direct Intake Specialist experience (Personal Injury experience strongly preferred)Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure, high-volume intake environmentComfortable in sales-oriented conversations and closingStrong computer proficiency; ability to learn and navigate case management systems quicklyExceptional attention to detailProfessional demeanor with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and investigators.Total Compensation Package:Competitive Salary + BonusWe cover 100% of your individual healthcare premiums and basic life insurance coverage.Dental/VisionFSA/HSAPTO401(k)Educational OpportunitiesCompany Discount ProgramJoin us at this exciting juncture, where you can share your experience and make a real difference with our clients and colleagues.
