Education & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent requiredStable work history requiredStrong understand of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Need to be a team player - if you like to work on an island by yourself, this won't be a good fit for you!Must be able to convey information and ideas clearlyMust maintain composure and objectivity under pressureMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessaryMust be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests
