IT Program Manager

Overview As IT Program Manager, you will bridge business needs and tech solutions to deliver Oracle Policy Automation-based rule bases for a government licensing client. You lead a cross-functional team, guiding design, development, and deployment within the IT Effectiveness practice. You will shape policy-driven automation projects and provide client-side training to ensure successful adoption. This role offers impact at scale by delivering technology-enabled processes that improve operational efficiency and compliance. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of analysts and developers to produce Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental licensing clientAct as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions through design and deployment of IT-enabled processesOversee full-cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployments (design, development, and rollout)Coordinate production deployment using the OPA Web Determinations engine for a US government website projectManage client-side training processes related to OPA production rule basesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable goals and deliverablesCommunicate status and risks to senior management and stakeholders Key requirements3+ years of consulting or relevant industry experienceExperience as a team leader in full-cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deploymentsUnderstanding of all phases of the software development lifecycleProduction experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical leadDeployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US government website projectProven ability to lead analysts and developers and manage client-side trainingBachelor's degree; Master's preferredWillingness to travel to client locationsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and work independentlyExceptional verbal and written communicationRelationship management and negotiationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOracle Policy ModelingOracle Policy Automation (OPA)OPA Web Determinations engine
