Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change. Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.What You Will NeedGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN with a current license in community’s state required.Two years’ experience in geriatric nursing and/or B.S. Degree in nursing. Participation in professional organizations, dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred. Minimum of two years nursing administration experience, preferably in a long term care setting. The pay rate for this position is $72,000 annually.
