Lead Data Analyst One PLM

We are seeking a senior-level Lead Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, data migration, data quality, and stakeholder management to support a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation. The role will involve leading and mentoring analysts, driving data transformation and validation activities, and partnering with business and technical teams to ensure successful migration of product data into a new PLM environment.Key Requirements7+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, or Data Migration roles.Proven experience in a Lead/Senior Data Analyst capacity, including mentoring or leading analyst teams.Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Python or R.Experience working with PLM systems, such as: PTC Windchill (preferred) / Siemens TeamcenterExperience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and migration activities.Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), Parts, Engineering Change Management, and Product Data Management (PDM).Experience integrating PLM with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
