The role will focus on ReactJS programming, translating wireframes and designs into quality application code, developing responsive web-based interfaces, integrating REST APIs, and supporting enterprise application modernization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy applications using React JS technologies.Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable ReactJS code.Integrate designs and wireframes into application code.Translate wireframes and designs into quality front-end implementations.Develop responsive web-based user interfaces that work seamlessly across browsers and devices.Work with JavaScript, JSX, DOM manipulation, event handlers, data structures, and algorithms.Utilize ReactJS architectural patterns and APIs including REST/RPC.Work with React workflows and architectures including Flux and Redux.Refactor, debug, update, and improve existing applications.Collaborate with internal teams on software design and architecture.Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.Troubleshoot application and technology issues.Monitor and report performance utilization of assigned technologies.Manage problems, escalated tickets, tasks, and out-of-cycle requests.Provide technical knowledge and support to District agencies, personnel, and stakeholders.Identify best practices and standards for application development.Support applications requiring integration with statewide systems and applications.Interact with business users and technical experts.Coordinate activities of application developers as required.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.16+ years of enterprise web development experience.3+ years of experience working with React UI framework (React.js).3+ years of experience with ReactJS, RxJS, NodeJS, and ES6/ES5.3+ years of experience with Redux architecture.3+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular 2.0.3+ years of experience developing React Native components.3+ years of experience working with JSX.3+ years of experience with REST APIs.3+ years of experience working with JSON and XML.3+ years of experience translating wireframes and designs into development solutions.3+ years of experience with CSS libraries, Sigma, and Adobe XD.3+ years of experience with ReactJS workflows such as Flux, Redux, Create React App, and data structure libraries.3+ years of experience with Git version control.3+ years of experience with Tomcat, Jetty, or Undertow application servers.3+ years of experience working in Linux environments.3+ years of Red Hat OpenShift container-based application development and deployment experience.3+ years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within enterprise application modernization initiatives.Experience supporting applications through development, QA, and production.Experience providing technical support to business and technical stakeholders.Experience working in Agile development environments.Why Join 4A Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence.Work on high-impact projects across federal and commercial clients.Collaborate in an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where innovation is valued.Access career development programs, mentorship, and learning opportunities.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work options, and a focus on work-life balance.Equal Opportunity Statement4A Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive hiring process.
