Director of Escrow Operations

Leading national operational teams, the full-time Director of Escrow Operations will oversee escrow support, post-closing, vendor management, and service desk functions while driving process optimization and collaboration in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor national operational teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across multiple functions Serve as the primary operational contact for regional and brand leadership, managing escalations and cross-functional issues Drive automation and technology adoption to optimize processes and improve operational performance Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in escrow operations, title operations, or related real estate transaction functions 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or multi-team operations Multi-state operational experience with a deep understanding of real estate transaction requirements Proven success leading large, diverse teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Proficiency with escrow, title, and workflow management systems, with a strong orientation toward technology-enabled operations
