What you’ll do
Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education tailored to early learners.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development and address any special education needs.
Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Provide individualized support through tutoring and early intervention strategies for children requiring additional assistance.
Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance the educational experience.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience working with children in an educational setting, including preschool or daycare environments.
An active status with the Oegon Registry Online (ORO).
