You will be a core developer focusing on APIs, external integrations, and associated data management. You will help scale-up our high-performance data pipeline services that extract, transform, and load data from many disparate systems to visualize large-scale networks as well as data from other domains. You will play a key role in helping us continue our track record of successful research, rapid prototyping, and delivering operational solutions for our transition partners.The work will be in our Herndon office.Job Responsibilities IncludeHelp develop, version, and maintain our application and manage the code baseShape the operationalization and transition to government and industry usersDevelop new features per emerging user needsCollaborate on the creation and integration of new data sources, user workflows, and long-term solutions for scaling and other software concernsCollaborate on the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge libraries and technologiesPartner with other developers on cloudification, containerization, and productization of the applicationEngage with peers to review solutions and help ensure our team delivers maintainable and extensible solutionsMinimum QualificationsAdvanced degree with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with backend technologiesMinimum of 2 years of experience with API development and data pipeline developmentGolang fluency including packaging, testing, and requirements management or similarAbility to travel 10%-15%, CONUS/OCONUS travelActive TS/SCI clearanceNice-to-havesKnowledge of ETL tools/frameworksOpen source project development experienceExperience with Linux, gitDocker and container registry experienceAWS S3 or EC2 familiarityFamiliarity with team collaborationClearance RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearanceTwo Six Technologies is committed to providing competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees and their contributions.
