This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components while meeting quality and production targets.Shift Information1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AMShift Differential: 15% for 2nd shiftOvertime: Voluntary (40–55 hours/week available)Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $28 – $32/hourPaid overtime opportunitiesAnnual profit-sharing bonus (typically 4–6%)Full benefits after 60 days9 paid holidaysPaid time off (target: 2+ weeks)Climate-controlled facilityLong-term stability in aerospace and energy sectorsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform proper setup of CNC machines (3, 4, and 5-axis)Run first-piece inspections and verify product qualityCollaborate with quality inspection teams before production runsOperate machines to meet KPI and production targetsAdjust or coordinate program changes as neededAccurately document production data in ERP systemsRead and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawingsMaintain quality standards throughout the machining processRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of CNC machining experience (4+ preferred)Strong ability to set up and operate CNC machines independentlyExperience with G & M codeAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controlsExperience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machiningFamiliarity with ERP systems and production tracking
