We're looking for motivated team players ready to contribute to an exciting and fast-growing industry.Job SummaryVeo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and improving fleet efficiency.E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout their shift, and working both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow mobile app instructions to complete assigned shift tasksDrive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteriesRebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areasPerform basic repairs and quality checksRespond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scootersComplete additional operational duties as assignedQualifications & Skills21+ years oldValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordComfortable driving a company vanSmartphone savvy and comfortable using mobile applicationsAbility to lift and move scooters weighing up to 60 lbs without assistanceStrong attention to detail and communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyNice to HaveKnowledge of the College Park area and surrounding streetsFlexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or related fieldsPerksCompetitive hourly wageCompany-provided vanVeo ride creditsFlexible work hoursOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, early-stage technology companyFull-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision coverage, and PTOBelow is the expected salary range for this position.
