If you&#39;re passionate about bringing marketing strategy to life and enjoy working in an innovative industrial environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including:Trade Shows & EventsPlan and manage all pre&#x2011;show, onsite, and post&#x2011;show activitiesCoordinate booth design, logistics, and promotional materialsMaximize ROI through targeted campaigns and lead-generation effortsMarketing Content & CollateralDevelop and update brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales toolsEnsure brand alignment across all marketing materialsDigital Marketing & Website ManagementManage and update website content; optimize for SEO and user experienceLead social media strategy and engagement (LinkedIn and other platforms)Create digital campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leadsContent & Demand GenerationWrite blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and thought&#x2011;leadership contentPartner with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goalsSupport email marketing and automated workflowsBrand Strategy & AnalyticsMaintain consistent brand messaging across channelsConduct market research and competitive analysisDeliver insights and performance analytics to guide decision-makingVendor Management & Budget OversightCoordinate with external vendors, printers, and agenciesManage budgets for trade shows, advertising, and campaignsInternal & Customer CommunicationsSupport internal branding and employee engagement initiativesGather customer testimonials and develop case studiesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or industrial marketsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf&#x2011;motivated, data&#x2011;driven, and committed to qualityExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical & Travel RequirementsAbility to occasionally lift 25 lbs.
