To learn more about BW, please visit us at: https://www.bwc.com/ Position summary The Growth Marketing Specialist will support revenue growth by planning, building, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns that generate and nurture leads. This role will manage campaign execution across HubSpot, the company website, NetSuite Commerce, email, landing pages, forms, workflows, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable connecting marketing activity to lead generation, channel performance, and business growth. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, launch, and optimize lead-generation, nurture, and e-commerce campaigns across digital channels.Manage HubSpot CMS, marketing automation, lists, forms, workflows, email campaigns, reporting dashboards, and lead nurturing programs.Own and manage lead flow from digital marketing initiatives and distribution partners through HubSpot, including lead imports, routing workflows, database hygiene, and lifecycle tracking from inquiry through MQL and SQL stages.Partner closely with Revenue Operations to optimize HubSpot processes, workflows, reporting, and MQL-to-SQL lifecycle management.Track campaign and channel performance across email, web, social, paid, and ecommerce platforms, including lead quality and MQL/SQL conversion metrics, and make recommendations to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.Support SEO, paid media, social media, email, and web content initiatives tied to lead generation.Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, or agencies for larger creative/digital needs.Ensure all campaign assets align with brand standards, messaging, and customer journey goals.Stay current on demand generation, HubSpot, ecommerce, marketing automation, and B2B digital marketing best practices.Must be willing to develop an understanding of the company's products, applications, and our "sweet spot" differentiators to create technically accurate drafted content.Build and manage campaign assets, including landing pages, forms, emails, CTAs, workflows, and basic digital graphics using approved templates.Manage day-to-day website and ecommerce operations across HubSpot CMS and NetSuite Commerce, including website maintenance, page updates, promotional content, landing pages, and customer experience improvements.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams to align and execute targeted marketing campaigns that support business goals, product priorities, and target audiences.Comfortable working with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign marketing, or marketing operations.Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or HubSpot CMS strongly preferred.Experience with e-commerce platforms; NetSuite Commerce experience preferred.Experience building emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, customer journeys, and marketing funnel metrics.Ability to analyze campaign performance and make sound recommendations.Writing, editing, campaign messaging, and critical thinking skills.Basic design/layout skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and marketing reporting tools.Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technical product experience preferred.Flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Ability to wear multiple hats when needed.
