For more information, explore our brand at moniquemorinlingerie.com.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on site position for an Operations Manager to own execution across ecommerce and business operations for a growing online brand. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Shopify, ensuring accurate and efficient execution across the website and marketing backend, and maintaining operational consistency across the business. It is a hands-on position requiring both direct execution and management of one team member.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Shopify operations: product setup, collections, merchandising updates, site accuracy, and overall backend maintenanceExecute marketing backend operations: email and SMS setup, scheduling, flows, campaign deployment, and link managementCoordinate operational execution for product launches, promotions, and campaignsManage and coordinate with external partners (web developer, third-party platforms such as Yotpo, Omnisend, etc.)Build and maintain operational workflows, checklists, and documentationIdentify and resolve operational inefficiencies and execution gapsSupervise the Order Fulfillment & Customer Service function through a direct reportMonitor day-to-day execution across the business and ensure follow-throughEnsure processes are clear and execution remains consistent with brand standardsScope of OwnershipEcommerce backend execution and accuracyMarketing backend implementationOperational workflows and organizationFirst-line operational problem solvingFulfillment and customer service execution (through direct report)Candidate ProfileStrong experience managing ecommerce operationsHighly detail-oriented with strong execution disciplineComfortable working in a hands-on, execution-focused roleUnderstands the nuances of intimate apparel; familiarity with the product category is importantAble to manage multiple priorities without loss of accuracyProactive and solution-orientedStrong communication skillsExperienceExperience in a consumer brand environmentExperience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)Experience with marketing tools (email/SMS platforms, apps, integrations)Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Google AnalyticsExperience working in environments where systems and processes are evolvingPrevious team management experience is a plusStrong familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiencyQualificationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsExperience in process improvement, workflow automation, and operational strategyProficiency with project management tools and collaboration platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling client and team interactionsProblem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilitiesKnowledge in or experience with fashion, design, or product development is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related fieldProven experience in an operations or project management role
