Physical Therapy Assistant Outpatient
Back on Track Therapy and Wellness | 3477 S Dixie Hwy, Lima, OH 45804
A Physical Therapy Assistant Role Where You Help Patients Feel Real Progress Again
If you want a PTA job where your work feels personal, effective, and truly patient-forward, this is the kind of clinic setup you should look at.
Here, the win is simple and powerful: patients come in stuck, hurting, and limited, and you help them leave with a plan that makes them feel hopeful again. The clinic’s message is clear: most patients feel relief after their first session, and the care is designed to help people “heal naturally” with a hands-on, individualized approach.
Care that actually works: You help carry out individualized plans built around the patient in front of you, not a generic protocol. Confidence-building visits: You reinforce the “why,” coach through form and movement, and help patients understand what’s happening in their body so progress sticks.
This is an outpatient clinic inside an athlete training facility, which changes the energy of your day. You are surrounded by space, movement, and real training tools, so your sessions can look the way they should look for active patients, athletes, and people who want to get back to life with confidence.
You will work alongside a Physical Therapist and support care that pairs manual therapy and therapeutic exercise with modalities when appropriate. And yes, the environment is stacked: Alter-G, indoor track, large turf area, and tons of equipment and space, plus a variety of cases that keeps your clinical brain engaged.
The Care Model Built for Focused, Patient-First Care
This role follows a structured, clinician-friendly care model with Monday–Friday hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and 40-minute visits, supported by dedicated staff. That means you can stay present, coach well, and help patients move forward without feeling like you are racing the clock.
Patients are guided through a clear, supportive process where their concerns are heard, the problem is identified, and a personalized plan is laid out from the start.
