Technical Services Coordinator - Americas

This role plays a critical part in supporting the development and design process, ensuring the seamless implementation of Aman’s standards and brand objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to superior design strategies and technical solutions, helping translate design intent into exceptional built outcomes that reflect Aman’s commitment to excellence, refinement, and timeless design.Responsibilities:Attend project coordination workshops, ensure adherence to brand standards, and assist design and engineering consultant teams to develop the approved project design through to the working drawingsAssist in reviewing design consultant submitted drawings and specificationsDevelop and track project schedulesAssist in following up on post site visit action itemsAccurately communicate projects status.Update the Director of Design & Technical Services on a regular basis and provide projections for all design aspects and program deliveryCollaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs, ensuring archiving of all digital communications and documents.Produce meeting minutes, presentations, and reports. Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in design or architecture is requiredMinimum 2 years of professional experience as an architect or interior designer, design coordinator or in a related roleFamiliarity with luxury hotel, residences and resort project delivery. Design & Technical Services background with luxury hotel operator preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages desirableStrong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivityAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity and interest in office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Bluebeam Revu is desirable. Tech savvy and up to date with the latest office applicationsThis position does not attract visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have existing permission to live and work in the USA.
