Since 2011, Bridgeview has focused on acquiring, developing, and managing institutional-quality real estate investments across Texas. Our platform includes development, construction, property management, capital markets, broker-dealer operations, and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offerings – providing accredited investors with access to opportunities historically reserved for institutional capital.At BV Capital, we work closely with accredited investors, financial advisors, RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealer partners to deliver investment opportunities across multifamily development, land development, net lease assets, DSTs, and private real estate offerings. We are seeking a motivated, high-character professional to join our growing Investor Relations team with substantial long-term growth potential.Position OverviewThe Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in supporting the investor experience throughout the investment lifecycle — from onboarding and communication to reporting, relationship management, and capital-raising support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a career in commercial real estate private equity, capital markets, investor relations, or alternative investments. The role combines elements of client service, relationship management, operations, marketing coordination, and business development within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the real estate investment business from the inside out. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dallas, Texas, and the candidate must have an active FINRA Series 7 and 63 license and provide a CRD#.Key ResponsibilitiesCapital Raising & Business Development SupportAssist the Investor Relations and Sales team with outreach to prospective investors and advisor relationshipsSupport new offering launches and fundraising initiativesCoordinate follow-up communications, pipeline activity, and investor onboarding processesHelp organize conferences, investor events, due diligence meetings, and networking opportunitiesParticipate in learning the fundamentals of private placements, DSTs, and alternative investmentsInvestor Relations & Client ServiceHelp deliver an exceptional investor experience through timely, professional communication and follow-throughAssist investors, financial advisors, and custodians with account requests, onboarding, subscriptions, and investment updatesBuild and maintain positive long-term relationships with investors and distribution partnersSupport investor communications, including quarterly reports, webinars, site visits, meetings, and capital eventsMaintain accurate investor records, CRM data, and compliance documentationMarket Research & Operational SupportConduct research on real estate markets, industry trends, and competitor activityReview market reports, webinars, podcasts, and industry publications to summarize key insights for the teamAssist with due diligence organization, data management, and internal reportingSupport investor portal updates, tax document coordination, custodian workflows, and operational projectsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindsetPositive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable speaking professionally over the phone and through email communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teamsInterest in commercial real estate, finance, capital markets, or alternative investmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn CRM and investment platformsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in real estate, investor relations, sales support, hospitality, financial services, or customer service is a plus — but not required.Career Growth OpportunityBV Capital is committed to developing future leaders within our organization.
