Process Manager - Mining

Process Manager – $4B Gold Mining ProjectWe are supporting a major, multi-billion-dollar gold mining development and are seeking an experienced Process Manager to play a critical role in delivering a world-class operation. This is a rare opportunity to join a flagship project at a pivotal stage, overseeing the design, optimization, and performance of mineral processing systems from construction through to commissioning and steady-state operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the process engineering function across design, construction, commissioning, and ramp-up phasesOversee the development and optimization of processing flowsheets (crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching, etc.)Ensure plant performance meets production, recovery, and cost targetsCollaborate with EPCM partners, operations, and technical services to drive best-in-class outcomesProvide technical leadership in troubleshooting, process improvements, and operational readinessManage process team personnel, contractors, and consultantsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsRequirements:Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplineExtensive experience in gold processing operations and project environmentsProven track record delivering large-scale mining or EPC/EPCM projectsStrong knowledge of gold extraction processes (CIL/CIP, heap leach, flotation)Experience in commissioning and ramp-up of processing plantsDemonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skillsWhat’s on Offer:Opportunity to work on a flagship $4B mining projectSenior leadership role with significant impact on project successCompetitive compensation package and long-term career growthIf you are a driven process professional looking to take on a high-impact role in a major mining development, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
