Daycare Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher-Closer

Job Overview: Infant or Toddler Lead- Closing shift (9am-6pm) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced daycare lead teacher to join our team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children in the daycare - Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest time - Maintain a safe and clean environment for children - Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members - Observe and assess children's development and progress - Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and aides - Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years experience working in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of state licensing regulations and requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - CPR and First Aid certification preferred This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
