From highlight-worthy moments to impactful partner campaigns, you'll help grow the game and create memories that last a lifetime.LOCATIONOn-site at headquarters in Williamsport, PA July 15 - August 31Remote work available outside of July 15 - August 31HIGHLIGHTS LEADERSHIPManage workflows with MLB Network and internal teams on highlights creation processOversee game schedules and track commitmentsIdentify great plays and clip compelling in-game momentsTEAM & WORKFLOW LEADERSHIPLead and manage highlights content assistants (residents & interns)Collaborate with internal leadership on executionPAID CAMPAIGNS & CONTENTExecute social content to maximize partner visibilitySupport live game highlight productionManage highlight franchises tied to sponsorship commitmentsOversee paid amplification and campaign executionANALYTICS & OPTIMIZATIONMonitor performance and track analyticsOptimize campaigns and content strategyQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED EXPERIENCEBA in Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)Minimum of 1-2 years in video production, social media management, paid social campaigns, or sports coverage experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop; AE/Illustrator a plus)Experience with Slate or similar publishing toolsPassion for social storytelling and sports content with an interest in applying that enthusiasm to Little LeagueWork a minimum of 35 hours per week with core hours Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM with additional hours and flexibility when needed.EXPERTISELive game production, highlight creation, and social distributionSponsorship integration & partner commitmentsUnderstanding of ESPN rights/limitationsKnowledge of Virtual Advertising (EVI) tracking & insertionADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSBaseball/softball enthusiastWilling to work non-traditional hours when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAvailable on-site in Williamsport, PA during Little League World Series demands and various events and gamesResponsive to breaking news and real-time updatesCOMPENSATION$25-$35/hour (based on experience)Housing stipend available for non-local candidatesAPPLYInterested candidates should submit a resume and links to a portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience in digital content, social media, and/or video production.Please include examples of highlight creation, live game coverage, and/or social campaigns, and specify your role in each project.
