Join us.The roleReporting to:Director, Production & LogisticsJob role and purpose:Unified Production & Logistics (UPL) provides secure, cost-efficient, and environmentally responsible solutions to customers across LCM and LCS businesses. The objective is to deliver high-quality services on time while adhering to national regulations, group policies, and industry best practices. The Senior Manager, Production & Value Recovery plays a critical role in developing 3stepIT’s production, repair, testing, and installation capabilities to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth.This role leads and develops production and value recovery operations across North America (U.S. and Canada). In parallel, the role serves as Site Manager for a U.S.-based production and logistics center, overseeing operations and facilities in a sustainable and responsible manner while ensuring compliance with national regulations and group policies. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring activities to meet operational and budgetary targets. The position is part of UPL’s leadership team and acts as a key link between UPL and other stakeholders.The Senior Manager, Production & Value Recovery leads production and value recovery teams in North America (U.S. and Canada) with full personnel responsibility and may also provide indirect leadership to other UPL teams and functions.Main responsibilities & tasks:Operations LeadershipLead production and value recovery operations across the U.S. and Canada.Ensure daily–annual operational targets are met and resolve escalated technical issues.Implement value recovery strategies and maintain safe, efficient facilities and equipment.Oversee U.S. site lease, security, environmental, and sustainability practices.Quality & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 and manage related audits.Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and technology adoption.Support sustainability through component reuse and reduced e‑waste.Track KPIs and report on operational and project performance.Customer & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary contact for North American operations.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams globally.Manage customer, vendor, and partner relationships and support customer visits.Budget & Capacity ManagementPrepare and manage North American production and value recovery budgets.Monitor costs and support S&OP and multisite capacity planning.Team LeadershipLead, develop, and grow production and value recovery teams in the U.S. and Canada.Recruit talent and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Qualifications and experience:Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, supply chain management, logistics, information technology, or similar. Master’s degree preferred.+8 years of experience as a manager in production/repair/testing operations from an international industrial environment. Experience from ITAD industry with data center processing will be an asset.Deep knowledge and experience in production, repair, and testingFamiliarity with quality standards and health and safety regulationsStrong leadership and change management skillsPlanning and budgeting skillsFluent in English.
