As a premier training facility, we set the standard for small businesses in the fitness industry.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests;Professionally greet members and guests;Ensure all check in procedures are followedEnsure guest fitness profiles are completed and appropriate fees are collectedEnter guest and telephone inquiry information into CRMAnswer all incoming inquiries and obtain appropriate information to direct/transfer calls/guestsHandle member service issues to include: personal training, guest, lost and found items, change of address, and questions regarding billings and paymentsPromote and sell merchandiseKeep front desk area and lobby clutter free, and orderlyPerform general cleaning dutiesHandle petty cash and operate POS system, ensure open/close/break procedures are followedProcess all transactions through POSQualificationsReliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendlyMust be comfortable with "sales" and enrolling new membersInterested in health, fitness, and/or sports.Must have 6-12 months experience in customer service function.
