Court Surfacer – Prime Courts Location: DFW Area (Travel to job sites required) Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract Pay: Competitive pay based on experience About Us: Prime Courts specializes in the design and construction of premium pickleball, tennis, and multi-sport courts throughout Texas. We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Court Surfacer to join our team. Responsibilities: Prepare and resurface pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts Mix and apply acrylic coatings, paint, and texture layers Operate small equipment (power washers, blowers, squeegees, sprayers, etc.) Maintain clean and organized work areas Travel to job sites around Texas as needed Represent Prime Courts professionally with customers and partners Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable truck or SUV capable of hauling equipment Prior experience in court surfacing, painting, or related trades preferred Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Skills: Experience with Laykold, SportMaster, or Plexipave coatings Basic knowledge of construction and layout for sports courts What We Offer: Consistent work with high-end residential and commercial projects Growth opportunities within an expanding sports construction company Competitive pay and travel compensation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
