Job Title: Operator I_MN ONLY - 2nd Shift Location: Plymouth, MN - Onsite Contract Duration: 1 year with extension We have tons of opening!! Work Hours: 1ST SHIFT - Monday to Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm with occasional overtime. Training will be in Minnetonka from 8 AM to 4:30 PM for one week before you start working on 1st Shift. Work Hours: 2ND SHIFT - Monday to Thursday, 4pm-2:30am with occasional overtime. Training will be in Minnetonka from 8 AM to 4:30 PM for one week before you start working on 2nd Shift in Plymouth. Training will be in Minnetonka from 8 AM to 4:30 PM for one week before you start working on 2nd Shift in Plymouth. Basic Requirements: Must read and communicate in English (7th-grade level), identify colors for labeling, use a microscope, have good hand dexterity, and be willing to learn and follow directions. High school diploma preferred. Job Responsibilities: Assemble, repair, and test medical devices (pacemakers, ICDs, leads) under close supervision while following standardized procedures and maintaining accurate documentation. Quality & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, support Quality Management Systems (QMS), maintain traceability of parts, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure all records are accurate and audit-ready. Skills & Work Style: Ability to follow written/verbal instructions, use electronic data systems, prioritize tasks, handle small components, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. Strict Dress Code: Non-shedding, clean, tightly woven clothing; no loose fibers, jewelry, nail polish, makeup, or scented products; closed-toe shoes required; full compliance with gowning and production area standards. Lead or any other member of the mangement team Document work progress via tally sheets or cell board production Perform multiple assembly operations as a member of a team on an automated assembly line to manufacture and package all sizes of boards Operate, Card board and plastic Bailers Lead or any other member of the management team Check quantity of bread in each bag to ensure is to the packaging standards Perform all Circuit Card production assembly operations on electronic/electrical assemblies and subassemblies as an individual or as a member of a cross-functional, high performance work Work in a warehouse environment, and is important that have a manufacturing background, as will be working on a production line Troubleshoot and repair to board level and perform limited component level repair Help loading recycle products as Pallets, card board and plastic packs in trailer Implement the new assembly projects Resolve assembly and production issues Produce part and assembly drawings for manufacturing Building a world class organization, achieving manufacturing excellence and establishing a team Work together as a production team Work closely with assembly, manufacturing and other departments to complete assembly of high-tech products Attend local municipal and community meetings Assist other team members in completion of work Work as part of production line team, making and assembling products for a manufacturing company Work in a team environment
