Lead Data Scientist

Overview As Lead Data Scientist, you will architect scalable predictive models and guide data-driven strategy across Compass's real estate platform. You will partner with executives and engineering to translate goals into analytical solutions, tackle ambiguous problems, and mentor peers. You will set technical standards and advance state-of-the-art methods, including time-series, deep learning, and causal inference. This role drives company-wide planning, resource allocation, and product innovation.
