Pest Control Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team! This unique role combines hands-on pest control expertise with a sales component, where you’ll not only help clients eliminate pests but also promote and sell additional services to meet their needs. As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll provide high-quality pest control services while building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth through sales. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Apply pest control solutions safely and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell additional services or preventive treatments during service calls based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of treatments, sales, and customer interactions. Provide expert advice to clients on pest prevention and long-term maintenance. Deliver exceptional customer service, answer questions, and address concerns. Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Sales experience, preferably in a field service or customer-facing role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but not required; we offer paid training. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
