Lead Network Administrator
Responsible for ensuring the network is operating within all SLAs as defined by the vendors/and or client and take any appropriate actions to ensure all voice, video, and data are transported successfully. Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting LAN/WAN and Wireless networks.Responsible for supporting P1/P2, SRTs as required to restore services to our customers.
